This is the quickest way to confirm your identity, and you won’t need to provide any additional information.

If you do not use a UK passport or a non-UK biometric passport

You will need to confirm your identity in other ways which will take longer. You may be asked to:

• attend a video call with IBCA
• provide other documents which confirm your identity

A claim manager will contact you after you complete GOV.UK One Login to discuss what other documents you can provide.
